High Velocity Oil Flushing Skids are used to flush and filter piping systems in power plants, chemical plants, oil refineries and other petrochemical applications.

High velocity lube oil flushing systems are pre-engineered, pre-fabricated and ready for shipment. These systems include onboard heaters, filter housings and flow meters. Available with NEMA 4 & NEMA 7 Panels, all systems have variable Frequency drive for oil flow control, digital temperature controllers to set oil temperature. These systems provide turbulent flows for high velocity hot oil flushing requirements and remove particulate to ISO 16/14/11 or better, NAS 4, oil cleanliness.

Particulate Removal Systems (PRS)

PRS are sized for specific fluids to meet custom flow rates, temperatures & viscosities. Specifically designed for rapid removal of particulate contamination. Available in multitude of sized with pre and / or post vessel configurations. Bag & pleated micro-glass vessel options with many filter media selections. Designed to remove particulate contamination @ 99.9% efficiencies for low industry setting particle counts.

Pumps speeds are controlled by VFD.  Specifications may vary.

  • 24 kW Oil Heater – low watt density with Flow Oil Level Float Switch, High Limit and Process Thermocouples
  • Pump Inlet Strainer to protect gears from large debris.

200 GPM High Velocity Flushing Skid

Our 200 GPM High Velocity Oil Flush Skid comes standard with a heater. The System has one Tri-plex #2 Bag Filter Housing followed by a 2 Element 636 Series Filter Housing with 33 kW Oil Heater. The system will enable you to reach Turbulent Flows for High Velocity Hot Oil Flush Applications and reach as low as ISO 16/14/11, NAS 4 Oil Cleanliness & Flush Specifications.
