Manufacturers and industrial based companies are often penalized by their local water authorities for failing to meet the wastewater discharge limits. Stringent regulations of allowable contaminant levels in waste water discharged to the drain result in fines, etc. We offer engineered solutions to decrease the contaminant level in order to meet disposable standards using high capacity ion exchange resin systems. The systems are typically designed for flow rates from 5 to 300 GPM, operated at pressures up to 250 PSI pressure.

We offer deionization system for small and large scale industrial applications. These systems contain entire range of ion exchange resins that treat ground water or municipal water source. Our custom DI water systems are for use in pharmaceutical, food processing, chemical and semiconductor based applications.

Potable water supplies may contain trace contaminants that can create health risk. In order to comply to the regulations, the municipal water may require additional treatment prior to distribution. We offer ion exchange resins systems that remove the trace contaminants without altering the overall water chemistry of the water supply.

Water softening systems are used to remove hardness causing ions from water, such as calcium and magnesium which can cause hard water scale on piping and plumbing fixtures, prevent soaps from sudsing (lather) and cause soap scum to stick to tile and other bathroom surfaces. The hard water cause clogging of nozzles and smaller outlets.
