Product Oxygen Filters

Oxygen filters are designed to capture particulates and harmful contaminants that either originate from within your system or are introduced from external sources. Effective filtration allows optimal performance and protects critical system components from potential damage. By keeping your system free from debris, you can significantly reduce the risk of ignition or fire.

While filters are utilized across a wide variety of industries — including aerospace, mining, manufacturing and testing laboratories — they all operate on the principle of preventing contaminants from compromising the quality of your oxygen supply. Their main purpose is to enhance efficiency while providing clean oxygen consistently. 

We stock a range of oxygen gas filters manufactured by Chase Filters for high-pressure service. These filters offer a pressure capacity of up to 6,000 pounds per square inch (PSI) and flow rates of up to 500 standard cubic feet per minute (SCFM). Our brass high-pressure oxygen filters meet modified ASTM G175 Phase 2 Promoted Ignition Test standards.

Port sizes available from 1/8″ to 1/2″. Port types include FNPT, MNPT, 37° Flare, SAE and AS5202. Standard filters include 10-micron absolute sintered bronze.

Our catalog also includes OXYCHECK oxygen system components. These parts consist of material that’s nonflammable in oxygen at pressures equal to or greater than the maximum allowable working pressure. Their composition effectively eliminates the fuel leg of the fire triangle, reducing the risk of a fire and the consequences of unexpected ignition. This thorough engineering process leads to oxygen system components that offer an unparalleled level of fire safety.
