Technical Specifications
Our pumping and filtration systems come with impressive technical specifications. They offer filtration from 1 to 150 micron and a maximum flow rate of 21.9 GPM (83 l/min). These systems are designed to handle a delivery pressure of up to 217 PSIG (15 bar) and can work effectively with viscosity ranging between 1 – 80,000 cPs.
The materials of construction are primarily Stainless Steel, and they feature an electropolish of 1.0 μm Ra. These systems can handle temperatures up to 248°F (120°C). The stator materials used are PTFE, NBR white, and FKM. In terms of sealing, the systems come with SiC/SiC open mechanical seal or closed mechanical seal.
Our systems are compatible with a variety of containers, including 55 Gal Drums, totes, and IBCs. Thus, offering a high degree of flexibility for your industrial requirements.
