CSD’s Waterjet Cutting Abrasive Removal System is a cost effective system engineered to keep the abrasive material from building up in the catch tank.  This system will reduce downtime and loss of production during catch tank cleaning.

A heavy duty vertical sealless pump pulls the abrasive laden water through a strainer basket and into a stainless steel centrifugal separator.  Abrasive is separated centrifugally and falls into the bag hopper.  The clean water exits the top of the separator and feed waterjets tank sweepers in the catch tank.  The tank sweepers pushes the abrasive to pump suction for efficient tank cleaning.
